
Bruce has spent his career working in various marketing leadership positions at companies like the Canadian Medical Association and Fullscript, where he was a key part of the team that made Fullscript the second fastest-growing company in Canada in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Carleton University, and an MBA majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Ottawa. An avid traveller, Bruce has worked and studied around the world, including stints in Australia, the United States, France, and China.
As Owner & CEO at Paragon, Bruce helps leaders clarify their brand and marketing strategy so growth gets easier. That usually means digging deep into the fundamentals of a brand, creating focus, aligning the team, and building a marketing system that supports long-term growth.
He has experience working in a diverse set of industries, including professional services, SaaS, non-profits, and associations.

Rick is an award winning marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience. He launched his career working for the largest advertising agencies in North America, working with world class partners such as Anheuser Busch, Amazon, DHL and Visa. Rick’s dedication to innovation and results drove him to steadily rise the ranks and was soon leading teams and advertising strategy for some of the agency's largest partners.
After over a decade in ad agencies, he followed his passions to focus on performance marketing. Rick lead demand generation and marketing teams at leading technology companies in healthcare, cybersecurity and social media.
In joining Bruce Smith to build Paragon Inbound, Rick brings his wealth of strategic and technical experience to lead performance marketing for our partners.
